Yumi’s Crib

Towel bathed baby was on her bed,
She wore her favorite hello kitty dress,
Thou tired she still has this little drama,
She said, “I’m not yet sleepy mama.”

Grabbed the iPad she considered her own,
Less than a minute Brainy Baby was on,
I heard she laughed as she saw the clown,
Then later on I noticed her continues yawn.

The door was closed as well as the windows,
Her milk was ready as well as her pillows,
Yet sleepy eyes still wandering around,
Those little eyeballs go round and round.

As she watched the curtains from every wall,
Dancing silently as the wind blow,
Together with the aroma that floral scent brought,
Drowsiness she can never fought.

From the ceiling are stars and moon,
Glowing as soon as the lights are out,
Reminding her that there’s always light,
Even on her darkest night.

A cuddly rabbit was on her side,
Sitting still and watching her sight,
Just in case bad dreams strikes,
Mr. Rabbit can hug her tight.

She finally lied down on her soft wide bed,
And was wrapped by a butterfly blanket,
As she closed her eyes after saying “Goodnight”
I know she’ll be having a sweet dream tonight.
